We live in Florida and I can't believe how HOT it is getting already. The girls are already begging for ice-cream. I do love ice-cream but I prefer them to get as much nutrition as possible. I'm always sneaking in fruits and vegetables where I can so I came up with this easy 2 Ingredient Pina Colada Freezer Pops Recipe.
Yep it is only 2 ingredients and the girls say they are Heavenly. Their words.
What you need –
3 Liberté® Méditerranée® Coconut
A few slices of fresh pineapple.
Freezer Pop Holder (I used two to make a total of 8 pops)
Blender
I took the Liberté® Méditerranée® Coconut yogurt and the pineapple and tossed it in the blender and put it on the smoothie setting.
