    I don’t think I’ve read any P.I. series… not lately anyway. But the last “P.I.” book I read was the Lincoln Lawyer and that was pretty good.

    I don’t know if they count as straight “PI”, but I used to love the earlier books in the Anita Blake series, but also the Dean Koontz’ Christopher Snow series. Thanks!

    I’m not sure this counts, but I love Stephanie Plum from Janet Evanovich! She’s technically a bounty hunter, but all of the stories are essentially a PI investigation. And she’s a lot of fun too!
