What's in Your Grocery Cart?

Have you ever just peeked into someone else's grocery cart during chek out? Maybe I'm just nosey but I have noticed that whether a person is thin or if they need to lose a little bit of weight you can see a reflection of that in the contents of their cart.
When I was struggling to lose weight after my second daughter I was becoming more aware of what I should be eating and what I should be staying away from. I started to take notice of what the thin people were eating compared to the people like me who needed to lose some weight.
Too many times have I seen grocery carts piled high with candy, cookies, and chips without a piece of fruit in site. Some are even people who have told me they want to lose weight! well they did get diet coke....
Now that I've lost weight I make sure my grocery cart is filled with fruits, vegetables, and fresh meat instead pf tons of junk, preservatives, and processed foods. I'mnot saying dont buy that chocolate bar or gallon of icecream but to limit yourself. If you don't buy it, you won't eat it! Always remember, you never know who is peeking in your cart.
