Every morning, I have to have coffee. I blindly walk to my grinder, hit the button then scoop it into my coffee maker. The smell of the fresh group coffee does as much for me as actually drinking it. It opens my senses and helps start my day.
All of the farm's permanent workers are provided with housing – equipped with drinking water, electricity and modern bathrooms. San Antonio also runs a school for its employees' children.
