Key lime pie is one of my favorite desserts of all time. I have a key lime tree so I love to make it. When I say Yoplait light had a key lime pie yogurt I had to try it. It was delicious and only 90 calories. It gave me an idea to make a dessert.
We have a Valentine’s day party for our homeschool group coming up and everyone brings a dish to share. I’m bringing this easy key lime pie fruit dip and will probably make a strawberry version as well.
It is so incredibly easy!
2 organic apples
1 package of cream cheese (choose lowfat to make it a healthier version)
1 container of yoplait light key lime pie yogurt
1 key lime for garnish (not necessary)
Mix the cream cheese and key lime pie yogurt in a bowl. Slice up apples. Serve.
