1 package of flour tortillas, any brand
1?4 C. butter, melted
cinnamon & sugar mix; 1?4 C. sugar & 1 tbs. cinnamon, mixed
#1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
#2. Using a pizza cutter or a pair of kitchen scissors, stack the flour tortillas 34 at a time and cut 4 ways making smaller chips.
#3. Lay the chips out sidebyside onto a baking sheet and brush with melted butter using the
#4. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar mixture – more is always better for these.
#5. Bake for 1015 minutes on the top rack watching them closely so they do not burn.
Store in an airtight container for 12 days.
