Books have always been a gateway to another world for me, from an early age I’ve devoured any book
I could get my hands on. I’m one of those weird people who would rather read a book than watch TV,
always have been. Here are some of my favorites 🙂

Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon– When I read this book 8 or 9 years ago I couldn’t put it
down. I’ve since re read it probably 4-5 times. The love between Jaime and Claire makes my
knees weak, I swoon just thinking about it.
Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris– This series was so refreshing to me, it had a bit of
everything in it too. I really will say I’ve loved most of the books in the series, they always keep
me guessing. Plus I love Eric
The Night Huntress Series by Jeanine Frost– I just discovered this series a few months ago, but I
can already tell they will be a favorite for years to come. Cat and Bones are so much fun to read
about. Bones is, well, he’s very swoon worthy
The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling– I loved these books, the story was great, and I loved all
of the magic. Who of us doesn’t want to believe that something extraordinary is out there just
waiting for us to discover it? I lose myself in that magical world every time I read it.
The Vampire Chronicles series by Anne Rice– This was my first taste of vampires, and it ignited a
blaze in me, I devoured them. They are quite a bit darker than some of the other vampire series
out there, but that’s kind of why I loved them.
The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis- One of my childhood favorites that still is a great read as
an adult. Love the message in these books as well as the fantasy aspect.

Thanks for having me on your blog today!! What are some of your favorite books?
