A lot of people made resolutions to lose weight. I'm not over weight but this winter has left me a little ‘fluffy' All of the holiday foods were the culprit. Every year after the Holidays I put my body through a cleanse.
I actually do a body cleanse every quarter. It gets all of the toxins out of your body and lets your start over. You will feel fantastic and much lighter. Right after the cleanse you may feel a little sick but I promise that is just your body getting rid of everything.
After I do a cleanse I don't want all of the sugary processed foods. I enjoy my salads and I juice a lot. We don't drink sodas or even processed juices. Don't get me wrong, I pigged out around Christmas with cookies, cakes, and even alcohol. After my cleanse I don't crave any of it.
I do cleanses 4 times a year. It helps reset my body and stay healthy. I allow myself to eat some goodies but in general I stay away,
