Are you looking for a warm, yummy, and healthy drink? I’ve recently given up caffeine – again, and this is one of my go to drinks. That’s right, I said NO CAFFEINE!
This drink is easily $5 each at a coffee shop but it’s so easy that you can make it at home no problem.
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cups organic, light soy milk
4 teaspoons raw honey, or to taste
Combine cinnamon and ginger with soy milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes, remove from flame, and drain into teacups. Sweeten and serve.
