It’s only May and I can’t believe how hot it has gotten in Florida. It already feels like Summer. We’ve even been heading to the beach after school and work several times this week. We’ve also been eating lighter. Lots of cold salads, fruit, and yogurt.
My youngest daughter requested this Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie. It is easy to make and I can use good wholesome ingredients.
What you need
4 cups Annie’s strawberry yogurt
1 container of whipped cream (I use non-GMO and all natural)
1 cup fresh fruit (we picked from our garden)
1 graham cracker crust
Mix the yogurt and whipped cream together then fold in the fruit. Pour into the graham cracker pie crust and put in the freezer for two hours.
