I met Erin when she became a member of the Time 4 Mommy Community. I drooled over the delicious recipes she would post every day so I made her moderator of the foodie group and knew I had to have her as a contributor here.
Erin is a mid-west girl who loves to cook and bake. She is a mother to a 6 year old boy and has been married to her husband for almost 10 years. She's a stay at home mom, and loves being able to be there for her son.
