White Wine Spritzer Recipe

• 4 ounces of dry Chardonnay
• 2 ounces cold club soda
• Twist of lemon peel

Pour the Chardonnay and club soda over ice in a chilled wineglass, and stir. Garnish with lemon peel. These are so easy and go down so smoothly too!

You can use any Chardonnay with this drink since you are mixing it but I suggest these chards if you are drinking them by themselves.

Valley of the Moon Chardonnay (great to drink alone or Mix!)   Aromas of asian pear, meyer lemon, vanilla and allspice overlay a hint of minerality. The lush mid-palate is accented by layers of honeydew melon and kiwi, and balanced with a long finish of zesty citrus and baked pear.
