Tawdra Kandle is the author of THE KING SERIES, a young adult urban fantasy quartet. Born in South Jersey, Tawdra published her first short story at the age of 13 in Child’s Life magazine. During the early years of her marriage and motherhood, she wrote articles and columns on parenting and homeschooling, as well as some homeschooling curriculum. My review – I have been emotionally invested in this story from the beginning. Tasmyn has grown so much as a character. I’ve loved, screamed, and even thrown the books. Having the last book come out was bittersweet but I knew it would have to end eventually. I savored it, over several days. I wanted it to last but as soon as I hit the middle of the book I couldn’t put it down no matter how hard I tried.

Kathryn has talked Tasmyn into joining an organization to use her powers for good but things aren’t exactly as they first appear. Nell’s father is accused of murder. Tasmyn is sent to “listen” to his rival running for a government seat.  There was so much I didn’t expect and that was a good thing and even better was Michael was there. I missed him so much in Restless.

Rafe and Kathryn will both have their own books coming soon. I hope Nell will make an appearance, she is one of my favorites. You should definitely pick up this series and lucky you, you can read them without having to wait for the next 🙂
