Frozen Mudslide Cheesecake Kemp’s Yo² #ItstheCows

Sometimes you just need to stop and take a little time for yourself. I do this several different ways, I read, go on a hike or have a delicious dessert. One of my favorites is frozen yogurt.

Kemp’s Yo² has amazing flavors and I got mine at Winn Dixie!

Kemp’s Yo² is also an amazing company. They've been around since 1914 and they are owned by family farmers who are passionate about making a great product. I like to know that every time I purchase Kemp’s Yo² the money is going straight back to the farmers to continue to care for their cattle.

The BEST part – There are NO high fructose corn syrup, NO artificial flavors, and
NO artificial growth hormones! This is very important when I give snacks to my girls. My girls loved the Kemp’s Yo² Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge and I got Kemp’s Yo² Mudslide to make a special dessert for myself, I might share. 🙂

I decided to make a Frozen Kemp’s Yo² Mudslide cheesecake. I'm going to make one to share with some of my girlfriends too! This was really easy to make! Check out my video below.

 What you need

1 container Frozen Kemp’s Yo² Mudslide

1 graham cracker pre-made crust

1 8oz cream cheese

1/2 140z can of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 8 oz container of whipped topping

How to make it

Set your Frozen Kemp’s Yo² Mudslide on the counter so it can defrost. Combine the cream cheese, condensed milk and whipped topping together mixing well. Add it to the graham cracker crust and spread it out. Put it in the freezer for 30 mins.  Your Frozen Kemp’s Yo² Mudslide should be nice and soft so you can add it to the graham cracker crust on top of the cheese cake filling. Spread it out and add it back to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
