If you love the combination of peanut butter and banana, this one’s for you. The peanut butter makes the bread rich and moist, and mini peanut butter cups (hello, leftover Halloween candy!) make every few bites a treat. A swirl of chocolate hazelnut spread on top is optional but highly recommended.
Tips
- Use creamy peanut butter (not natural-style) for the best texture.
- Toss the candy in flour so it doesn’t sink.
- Tent with foil if the top browns before the center is done.

- In a large bowl, mix the bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg and sugars.
- Stir in the flour mixture just until combined, then fold in the peanut butter cups.
- Spread in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate hazelnut spread on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean (a little melted chocolate is okay). Cool 20 minutes, then remove from the pan.
