Ingredients -Batter -2 oz cream cheese4 eggs3 tbsp of almond flour1 pinch salt1 tbspn pumpkin pureeButterKeto pumpkin whipped cream1/2 cup heavy whipping cream3 tbsp granuated stevia1 tbpn pumpkin pureeBatter Directions- Blend all of the ingredients together. The mixture will be thin, it thickens up a little but these aren't fluffy pancakes. Add butter to the pan, pour mixture and cook until brown then flip.Whipped cream recipe.Pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl along with the stevia (or your preferred sugar substitute) and the pumpkin puree.
