Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups baking mix such as Bisquick
  • 1 cup Caramel Apple Milky Way minis quartered (about 20), or chopped caramels
  • 1 small apple finely diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs.
  3. Stir in the baking mix until combined, then the candy and apple.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto the baking sheets.
  5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until set. Cool on the pan 2 minutes, then move to a rack.

Notes

Makes 24 to 30 cookies.
