The last time I went to Walmart to buy my husband razor blades I almost had a heart attack. I know they are expensive but wow! So I bought a bag of the disposable cheap ones for $5.
He reminds me every time he shaves NOT to do that again. Today I came across Dollar Shave Club. It actually sounded kind of ridiculous so I had to check it out. I loved what I saw so I wanted to tell you about it too. I honestly never knew such a thing even existed!
You can save around $200 a year on razors. Good razors too, not the crappy disposables. The Ninja razor has twin stainless steel blades, an Aloe Vera lubricating strip, a pivot head, and compatibility with all Gillette Sensor sticks.
You can sign up for 2 years ($24), a year ($18), 6-Month ($10.74), and there is even a Pay-As-You-Go Plan ($1.99) for the commitment-phobic shaver. I'm going to try it and see if we like it and that's much cheaper than the disposables. I think I'm going to try it for 6-months 🙂
