I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas . I am sure lots of you have tons of leftover turkey to use up. I love a good turkey sandwich as much as the next girl, but after a couple of those I have had it! So today, I am here to help. Here is a round-up of some of my favorite ways to use leftovers. Really, anything you would normally use chicken in, you can use turkey (and no one will know)!
