Summer Recipe Round Up

Are you ready for summer?  School is out here, we have already gone to the pool, and the temps are in the 90’s.  So I think it is safe to say summer has arrived.  Today I am giving you a round up of great recipes to help you get through the summer heat!

Fire Roasted Salsa – fresh veggies are all over the place, take advantage and make this quick salsa.

Pretzel Rolls – I normally don’t think of making bread in the summer, but these would make for some killer hamburger buns!

Peach Cobbler Muffins – fresh peaches are right around the corner, and they are delicious in these muffins

Zucchini Muffins – Another great muffin (actually pretty good for you) that uses fresh produce.

Frozen Key Lime Margarita Squares – Frozen desserts are always a good thing when it is hot!

Hot Fudge Sauce – You need a topping for all that ice cream you are going to eat, right?

Lemonade Pie – Cool and refreshing this pie is perfect for any summer gathering you have!

Chili Lime Turkey Burgers – love dinners that don’t heat up the kitchen.

Chipotle Chicken Burgers – I love using ground chicken in burgers to make them a little healthier!

Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade – my son is already requesting that we make this!
