I think it is amazing how the author starts us off and how she informs us about Nurse Julie and her quest to help laboring mothers and their wants/needs. I loved learning more about her and her mission to help laboring mothers. It is amazing how the author covers such an amazing story (that could be true) and describes the compassion that Nurse Julie has for her patients. I don't write spoilers — but this is a fantastic love story that is tied into real life drama.
I also must warn you that once you start reading this book, that you will have a very hard time putting it down!!! I truly love the way that Kathleen Shoop writes!!!
