Demon
When Justyn and Rebecca set off for the New York School of Performing Arts, they think their dreams are about to come true. To their dismay, they aren’t in high school anymore, and the competition is steep. Rebecca must compete against accomplished singers for a role in the production of Demon Barber, including a stunning Gothic diva with her sights set on Justyn.
It doesn't help that things keep disappearing from their apartment or that Rebecca's father refuses to accept that Justyn is an essential part of her life. Yet, all this seems minimal in comparison to the serial rapist terrorizing the campus.
Consumed by fear and obsessed with revenge, Rebecca and Justyn start living the story of Sweeney Todd—both on and off the stage.

 Review –
When I started reading the Dark Musical series I was not sure what to expect. With loving the Phantom of the Opera and the first one was titled “Phantom” – I was in heaven.
Now the second in the series is “Demon” which is based on the story of Sweeney Todd.
Even though I didn't know this story as well as I did the Phantom story, this book was another one of those “I can't put this down” books.
The relationship of Becca and Lord Justyn is it's on little special love story that just wants to bring tears to your eyes at times. They are such different type people but their love story is fantastic. There is a lot of mystery and suspense in the book that will leave you guessing from page to page. I thought I knew who it was but when yet another twist was thrown in I was totally taken off guard. I highly recommend this book – but please read Phantom first. The stories just flow together.
I can hardly wait for the third book to be released!!!
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
