Recently Reebok had to make a class action settlement to those who purchased EasyTone shoes.
To be eligible for the Reebok settlement You must have bought certain Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, you may be eligible to receive payment from a class action settlement. The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrongdoing. The Court did not decide which side was right. Instead, the parties have decided to settle.

I don't know if they worked for not but the Easytone shoes were comfortable for me and I love their workout clothes. I still have my workout clothes and will personally NOT be suing. I actually feel a bit bad for Reebox since they charged with any wrong doing. But you can get Reebok refunds if you want for the EasyTone Settlement
