Yay, but now that you are slim it is easy to let the weight creep back up. Don't worry, long-term weight loss is possible and here are 7 Ways to Manage Your Weight Loss to stay on track.

1. Drink Water – When you drink it throughout the day it helps you feel full so you aren't as snacky. Squeeze some lemon or other citrus in it. Drinking water also speeds up your metabolism.

2. Plan Your Meals in Advance – When you plan your meals you are less tempted to reach for junk. You have a game plan and have bought good healthy foods.

3. Choose Better Snacks – It is tempting to grab a bag of chips or in my case chocolate but the calories add up. Instead grab something like an apple or something delicious like  Yoplait Greek 100 Whips! 4. Count Calories – It has to be done. Every time I wonder why I'm not losing I check my calories and check my exercise. You can use a website like My Fitness Pal to help you count the calories and gauge your exercise.

5. Eat Breakfast – Growing up my Mom told me breakfast was one of the most important meals of the day and she was right. It boosts your metabolism and helps keep hunger at bay so you aren't reaching for bad foods (aka hitting the drive thru) because you are starving.

6. Keep Exercising – When you decided to lose weight and get healthy you made a commitment for life. It is easy to fall off the wagon when you feel good and are looking great but remember you aren't going to stay that way if you don't keep exercising.

7.  Eat Several Times a Day – When you schedule meals and snacks you are never starving. When you are famished you grab whatever is around and usually over indulge. Eat three meals and schedule in two or three snacks throughout the day. You'll be surprised on how quickly the weight comes off or is maintained.
