The folks at Boca Java have coffee down to a science. I don't profess many addictions, but when it comes to my coffee I would rather go without water for the day then give up my morning java. That morning blend can't be just any cup of coffee as I am a bit of a coffee snob. I usually choose those expensive name brand roasts and add just a bit of cream. So when the folks at Boca Java sent me two bags of their fresh ground coffee I was excited to try out a new brand.
I was given the incredible task of choosing any two flavors I wanted in either fresh ground or whole bean. This was no easy task as I have never been offered so many different choices when ordering coffee. There selection is one of the best, if not THE best in the business. They also feature teas and cocoas. I was drooling at some of the coffee flavors like Bananas Foster Float, and Deep Blue Blueberry. I finally decided to order the Pumpkin Paradise and Palm Beach Passion.
When the package arrived I could not wait to make a cup. The packing list included the name of the person who freshly ground my coffee beans, as well as the date. When I opened the resealable package of Pumpkin Paradise the most exquisite odor filled the air. I was hoping the coffee would indeed taste as wonderful as it smelled and it most certainly did. The flavors are subtle enough not to overwhelm the coffee but still present enough to let you taste the spices. I really thought this fun fall blend would be my favorite, but I was floored by the cup of Palm Beach Passion I had the next morning. The Palm Beach Passion is a medium roast coffee that has sweet undertones that just make this coffee unforgettable.
