Immortal Voyage is like nothing else I've ever read. It starts with a “highlander” feel to it. Jael is the youngest of five daughters to the leader of a Clan. After the King makes a promise to his Queen that he will let his girls marry for love. He finds himself with out an heir and since Jael is the most business minded and not already married off to an idiot he betroths her to an old friend. Luckily this “Old” friend is still a hottie.
Jael and Sarik have chemistry and the way the author paints Atlantis makes you wish you were there. I liked how the author blended the old ways and the futuristic feel all in one book. Not to mention the Mythology, definitely made this book a page turner and enjoyable. Even if you generally don't LOVE Sci-Fi I suggest you pick it up anyway. Especially since it is only $2.99
