It's summertime! This is a time where we take a deep breath and relax a little.
We have beach and camping trips planned along with fun activities for the girls. Summer time also means yummy treats like Smores and Drumstick Ice-cream cones. They have been a summertime favorite of mine since I was a little girl.
Now I'm happy to be able to pass that down to my sweeties. They LOVE them as much as I do. Their favorite was the mint cone and mine was the vanilla with the chocolate in the middle. So YUMMY! It brought back memories for me from Summers past and I hope they become part of my daughters memories as well.

Did you know Nestlé Drumstick is the Original Sundae Cone? In 1928, the Parker Brothers took the waffle cone to the next level but adding a chocolate coating to ice cream and covering the top with nuts. One of the brothers’ wives said it looked like a fried chicken leg and thus, the “Drumstick” novelty was born!
