Untangling The Knot
“I did what?”
Twenty-eight year old Gabriella Bessu is St. Therese’s meticulous wedding ceremony coordinator. So the fact that she has mistakenly signed her newest couple up for an annulment, rather than a wedding, sends her Catholic guilt into overdrive.
But who can blame her? The groom is gorgeous and his two kids tug at Gabriella’s heart in a way that overcomes all her best intentions. Before long she’s in over her head, fixing her mixed-up plans and helping the children and dad come to terms with their haunting grief for the mother and wife they lost years earlier.
Can Gabriella untangle her own fears and accept the messy life that God has handed them?

Review – What a fun read! It slightly reminded me of the movie Wedding Planner but MUCH BETTER! This story tugged at my heart. Gabriella is a wedding planner but starts falling for the soon to be groom. She's so guilty about it but some times there are bigger plans for our life. This book really touched home for me. My situation was different, I didn't meet my husband as he was getting married but at his girlfriend's funeral and I had a boyfriend. Sometimes you struggle with what is right or wrong and deal with guilt but I felt those angelic nudges too and it was the BEST decision of my life. I broke up with my boyfriend because I had feelings for some one else and after I broke up My future husband told me he loved me too. I think if I hadn't taken that step what my life would be like. If Gabriella hadn't made that decision Ryan would be married to that horrible woman!
There was depth to this book too, Gabriella helps Ryan work through his grief of losing his first wife and there are some twists and turns. I also loved wise Father O'Shea. I highly suggest this book. I'm looking forward to more from Deanne Wilsted!

Thank you so much for hosting me on your lovely blog. I am so thrilled my book had such a strong connection for you…. this, more than anything, is what an author hopes for.
Being a bit of a control freak, it hasn’t always been easy for me to have faith and roll with life’s twists and turns. I think maybe this story was like a letter to myself, reminding me that sometimes there are bigger plans in the works.
I am looking forward to seeing and replying to your readers comments, so I will check back often today, and throughout the week.
Thank you again for having me.
