This is a sponsored post, but all opinions are my own.

There are a few things I love in life – my family, the beach, wine, and gourmet food. My love for gourmet food started when I worked at a french restaurant many years back. It introduced me to good wholesome food with fresh ingredients and a lot of flavor. I loved their beignets with homemade blackberry jam and their homemade yogurt with fruit. The restaurant has since closed down but I’m lucky enough to get good french style yogurt – Oui by Yoplait.

It is available in eight single-serve flavors (Strawberry, Vanilla, Blueberry, Peach, Black Cherry, Coconut, Lemon, and Plain) and two multipack flavors (Strawberry and Vanilla). If you haven’t had french style yogurt you are missing out. It is made from whole milk and has no artificial flavors and no colors from artificial sources. The plain flavor is made with only two simple ingredients: milk and cultures and has real fruit on the bottom. It is so incredibly creamy and delicious. It is meant to be eaten slowly and savored. Just like the yogurt I used to eat from the french restaurant, this is made in traditional french style. It is cultured in little glass pots for 8 hrs.  The Oui name translates to “yes” in French, pronounced “wee”, How perfect is that?

My husband and kids have been eyeing these but they are MINE! They eat plenty of things that I won't eat (I've recently lost 35lbs). Oui is my little treat to myself every day. I don't feel guilty because is all whole food and amazingly delicious.

I got mine from Walmart. They had a great selection and always have low prices.

From Yoplait –

Oui by Yoplait is inspired by our traditional French recipe. We use simple, non-GMO ingredients like whole milk and real fruit poured and set in each glass pot. Careful selection of ingredients and detailed craftsmanship result in a deliciously thick yogurt with a subtly sweet, fresh taste. Have a moment of pure enjoyment in every spoonful. Say Oui.

  1. I have not seen this yet in my grocery store, but I eat greek yogurt because it is so healthy and has a lot of protein. I would love to try this yoplait oui out. I hope that it is in my store soon.

  2. I love yogurt (currently a Fage fan), but I’ve never seen French style before, sounds good! I love coconut flavor! I’m curious as to the sugar content though.
